
The Company
CDM Consulting Ltd was formed in the summer of 1999 with the primary aim of assisting Clients in complying with their duties under the CDM Regulations.
Since then the company has developed the range of services offered to include Health and Safety advice and management assistance, development of Management Systems and Health and Safety Training.
The company are corporate members of the Constructing Excellence Club in North Wales and the Directors are joint chairmen of the North West CDM Duty Holders Support Group and are registered CDM Coordinator members of the Association for Project Safety

Mike has worked in the construction industry since 1976 including 12 years with various
building and civil engineering contractors as Site Engineer and Agent, 5 years as
Engineers Representative on site supervising the construction of Water Industry projects
followed by 3 years with a Consulting Engineer specialising in the provision of
CDM advice to Clients and acting as Planning Supervisor / CDM Coordinator on the
construction of a range of projects including sewage works, pumping stations, outfalls

Steve Haycock MCInstCES RMaPS FIIRSM AIEMA MIAV (NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates)
Steve has worked in the construction industry since 1972. He has been involved in housing, industrial building, tunnelling , highways and water industry projects as Clerk of Works, Site Agent and Quantity Surveyor. He also worked as Planning Supervisor and Health and Safety Manager with a construction company for 5 years. He also trains, assesses and internally verifies NVQs in construction and Health and Safety related subjects.
Steve joined CDM Consulting Ltd as a Director in 2000.
